PRAWN-N-SPRING ONION CURRY

How to Prepare / Make / Cook - ?PRAWN-N-SPRING ONION CURRY

INGREDIENTS
100 gm prawns, shelled, deveined and boiled
1 cup spring onions, chopped
¼ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp salt

For Seasoning
1 tsp oil
½ tsp mustard and cumin seeds

METHOD
1. Chop the boiled prawns finely.
2. Heat oil and fry the seasoning ingredients.
3. Stir in the spring onion, prawns and salt. Mix the contents thoroughly and cook on slow fire with occasional stirring till the spring onion is tender
4. Add chilli powder, mix the contents thoroughly and remove it from fire.
5. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
