PRAWN IN GREEN GRAVY Recipe

IGREDIENTS
100gm prawns, shelled, deveined and boiled
1 cup coriander leaves
2 green chillis
2 flakes garlic
½ tsp grated ginger
2 tsp tamarind pulp
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp oil

METHOD
1. Grind coriander leaves, green chillis, garlic, ginger and tamarind to a fine paste.
2. Chop the prawns.
3. Heat oil and stir in the ground paste.
4. Add prawns and salt. Mix the contents thoroughly and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
