PALAK PRAWNS Recipe
INGREDIENTS
100 gm prawns, shelled and deveined
1 bunch spinach leaves, chopped
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp garam masala powder
A pinch of turmeric powder
1 tsp oil
METHOD.
1. Boil prawns with the half quantity of salt and turmeric powder till
tender and dry. Chop it.
2. Boil spinach with the remaining quantity of salt till tender. When
slightly cool blend the spinach in the mixture.
3. Heat oil and stir in the prawns and fry. Add the spinach, garam masala
powder and cook till the contents turn thick.
4. Garnish the dish with ½ grated cheese or dessicated coconut.
5. Serve with rice or chapatti.
