How to Prepare / Make / Cook - ?MUSTARD MUTTON
MUSTARD MUTTON Recipe
INGREDIENTS
100 gm mutton, cut into pieces
1 bunch mustard leaves, chopped finely
2 tomatoes
2 onions
1 tsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
2 tsp lime juice
½ tsp mustard powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp oil
METHOD
1. Grind the tomatoes and onions into a paste.
2. Mix the mutton pieces, tomato paste, masala paste, lime juice, mustard
powder and salt till well combined and leave it aside for an hour.
3. Heat oil in a two litre pressure cooker and stir in the marinated mutton
and the chopped mustard leaves. Mix the contents till well combined. Pressure
cook.
4. Garnish the dish with grated cheese and serve hot with rice or chapatti.
