KHEEMA KOFTA CURRY Recipe
INGREDIENTS
For the Koftas
100 gm minced meat or kheema
1 tsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
1 tsp coriander leaves paste
½ cup gram flour
2 tsp beaten egg
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp oil
For The Curry
4 tomatoes, chopped
2 onions, chopped
½ tsp garam masala powder
¼ tsp salt
METHOD
1.Mix all the kofta ingredients except oil, till well combined.
Knead into a smooth dough. Shape the dough into marble sized ball. Steam
the balls in the cooker till the meat is tender.
2. Heat oil in a pan and toss the steamed kheema balls till brown.
3. In the same oil stir in the chopped tomatoes, onion, garam masal powder
and salt. Cook till the contents are tender.
4. Add the kheema koftas to the curry, mix the contents thoroughly and
cook for a few more minutes.
