How to Prepare / Make / Cook - ?FLAVOURY FISH


FLAVOURY FISH Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 medium size pomfret (100 gm)
1 cup curd
1 tsp aniseeds
1 tsp ajwain
1 tsp kalonji
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
4 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
1 tsp grated cheese or butter

METHOD
1. Clean the fish, wash and make deep incisions across each side.
2. Roast aniseeds, ajwain, kalonji, cumin, coriander and mustard seeds. Powder it.
3. Now mix the curd, roasted masala paste, lime juice and salt till well combined. Allow the fish to marinate for a few hours.
4. Place the fish along with the marinate mixture in an oven dish top it with grated cheese or butter and bake for 30 minutes.
