FLAVOURY EGG CURRY Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 egg, beaten thoroughly
12 small leaved tender methi bunches, chopped
1 tsp tamarind pulp
¼ tsp salt

For Seasoning
1 tsp butter
2 green chillis, chopped
½ tsp mustard and cumin seeds

METHOD
1. Heat butter and fry the seasoning ingredients.
2. Mix half the quantity of salt in the beaten egg. Stir in the egg and scramble.
3. Stir in the chopped methi leaves, tamarind pulp and the remaining quantity of salt. Mix the contents thoroughly and cover the pan with the lid. Cook on a slow fire till the leaves are tender.
4. Serve hot with bread or chapatti.
