FISH IN CURD Recipe
INGREDIENTS
100 gm fish, cut into small pieces.
1 cup curd
½ tsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
½ tsp coriander leaves paste
½ cup tomato puree
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp oil
METHOD
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces on slow fire.
2. Now add the masala paste and fry.
3. Finally add the tomato puree, coriander paste and salt, mix the contents
thoroughly, cover the pan with the lid and cook on slow fire till the
fish is tender and fry.
4. When the fish curry is slightly cool, add curd and mix the contents
thoroughly.
5. Serve with rice or chapatti.
