SPECIAL CHICKEN CURRY

INGREDIENTS


100 gm chicken pieces
2 cups chauli leaves, chopped
1 tsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
¼ tsp salt
1 onion, ground
1tsp oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
1 red chilli, broken into pieces

METHOD


1. Mix the masala paste, half the quantity of the salt, onion paste and the chicken pieces till well combined. Leave it aside for a few hours to marinate.
2.Heat oil in a 2-litre cooker and fry the mustard and the red chillis.
3. Stir in the marinated chicken and the chauli leaves along with the remaining quantity of salt and a little water. Pressure cook till tender.
4. Garnish the dish with the grated cheese and serve hot with rice or chapatti.
