YELLOW CUCUMBER CURRY Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 cup cucumber cubes
2 tsp chana dal
1 tsp coriander leaves paste
½ tsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
¼ tsp salt

For Seasoning
1 tsp oil
½ tsp mustard and cumin seeds
1 tsp curry leaves

METHOD
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
2. Add the vegetable, dal, coriander leaves, masala paste, salt along with a little quantity of water. Cover the pan with the lid and cook till the contents are tender and dry.
3. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
