TONDLI CURRY Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 cup tondli, sliced
A pinch of turmeric powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp chilli powder or sambhar powder
For Seasoning
1 tsp oil
½ tsp mustard and cumin seeds
METHOD
1. Mix the tondli slices, turmeric powder and salt till well combined.
Pressure cook.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
3. Add the cooked vegetable, chilli or sambhar powder, mix the contents
thoroughly and cook for few more minutes on a slow fire.
4. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
