AMBADI CURRY Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2 cups ambadi leaves, chopped
2 onions, chopped
½ cup mixed vegetable, grated or chopped
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp chilli powder
For Seasoning
1 tsp oil
½ tsp cumin and mustard seeds
METHOD
1. Cook the vegetables with a pinch of salt till tender and fry.
2. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
3. Stir in the onions and fry.
4. Finally add the ambadi leaves, remaining salt and chilli powder. Mix
the contents thoroughly, cover the pan with a lid and cook on slow fire
till the leaves are tender.
5. Stir in the cooked vegetables, mix the contents thoroughly, cook for
few more minutes and remove from the fire.
6. Serve hot with rice or chapatti or phulka.
