EGG FLIP Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 egg
A few drops of vanilla essence
½ cup milk
1 tsp gelatine
A few drops of sweetex

METHOD
1. Beat the egg thoroughly.
2. Dissolve gelatine in a little warm milk.
3. Mix the beaten egg, milk, vanilla essence and sweetex till well combined.
4. Chill before serving.
