whole meal b. 1 cup rice and 2 phulkas (or chapattis) or 3 phulkas
and ½ cup c. 1 cup rice and 2 phulkas (or chapattis) or 3 phulkas
and ½ cup Tea or coffee with milk.4 p.m. 1 cup tea or coffee with milk from allowance/1 fruit/3 sugarless
6 p.m. 1 glass or cup (120 ml) soup/juice/buttermilk/salad/tea or coffee
