USUAL Daal Recipe
INGREDIENTS
½ cup rajma or whole moong
2 tomatoes
2 onions
2 flakes garlic
2 green chillies
½ tsp grated ginger
2 tsp coriander leaves
1 tsp mint leaves
¼ tsp garam masala powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp oil
METHOD
1. Pressure cook rajma or whole moong with required quantity of water.
2. Grind the tomatoes, onion, garlic, chillis, ginger, coriander and mint
leaves to a fine paste.
3. Heat oil and fry the paste.
4. Stir in the cooked rajma or whole moong along with the garam masala
powder and salt. Cook for few minutes.
5. Serve hot with chapatti or phulka.
