How to Prepare / Make / Cook - ?TOMATO RASAM


TOMATO RASAM Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 cup tamarind juice
2 tsp cooked tur dal
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp coriander leaves
1 tsp mint leaves
A pinch of asafetida
A pinch of turmeric powder
1 tsp rasam powder
3 falkes garlic, chopped
¼ tsp salt

For Seasoning
½ tsp ghee
½ tsp cumin and mustard seeds
Few fenugreek seeds

METHOD
1. Mix all the ingredients till well combined.
2. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
3. Stir in the rasam mixture and boil for 5 minutes.
4. Serve hot with rice
