SARSON KA SAG Recipe

INGREDIENTS
2 cups mustard leaves (sarson), chopped
1 green chilli, minced
2 flakes garlic, minced
A small piece of ginger, minced
2 onions, minced
A pinch of turmeric powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp oil

METHOD
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the minced ingredients.
2. Stir in the mustard leaves, turmeric powder, salt, along with a little quantity of water. Cover the pan with the lid and cook till the contents are tender and dry.
3. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
