RADISH LEAF DAL. - Indian Dal Recipe

How to Prepare / Make / Cook - ?RADISH LEAF DAL.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup tender radish leaf, chopped
½ cup moong or tur or masoor dal
1 cup tamarind juice.
A pinch of turmeric powder
A pinch of asafetida
¼ tsp salt

For Seasoning
½ tsp ghee or oil
½ tsp fenugreek seeds
2 red chillis, broken into pieces

METHOD
1. Mix all the ingredients and pressure cook.
2. Heat ghee or oil in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients.
3. Stir in the cooked dal, mix the contents thoroughly and cook for a minute.
4. Serve with rice or chapatti.
