. MIXED FRUITBOWL

INGREDIENTS
1 cup mixed fruits, chopped (apple, watermelon, papaya)
1 cup milk
¼ tsp cardamom powder
¼ tsp saffron strands, dissolved in a little hot milk

METHOD
1. Mix the milk, saffron milk and the cardamom powder. Boil the milk till the quantity is reduced to half. Add any non-carbohydrate sweetener to the mil. Mix the contents thoroughly.
2. Place the fruits in a bowl. Pour milk over it.
3. Chill before serving.
