SPROUT PARATHA

INGREDIENTS
1 cup wheat flour
½ cup mixed sprouts, cooked
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste.

METHOD

1. Sieve the flour.
2. Mix the flour, cooked sprouts, salt and the masala paste till well combined and knead it to a smooth dough. Leave the dough aside for some time
3. Divide the dough into two portions.
4. Roll out one dough portion on a floured board as thinly as possible.
5. Toast it on a tava till golden, with a teaspoon oil, on either side.
6. Repeat the same with the remaining dough portion.
7. Serve hot with curd or chutney.
