SANDWICH SURPRISE
INGREDIENTS
3 bread slices
2 onion slices
2 cucumber slices
2 tomato slices
2 carrot slices
2 tsp tomato sauce
2 tsp mint chutney
METHOD
1. Remove the crust from the bread slices.
2. Divide the vegetable slices into two portions.
3. Apply tomato sauce on one side for two slices and on either side for
one slice. Spread mint chutney on it.
4. Arrange one portion of the vegetable, slices on the coated bread slice,
top it with bread slice coated on either side, then spread the vegetable
slices on it and top with the bread slice.
5. Press the slices gently and cut it into 2 triangular pieces.
6. Serve immediately.
