How to Prepare / Make / Cook - ?PRAWN SANDWICH



PRAWN SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS
3 bread slices
4 tsp prawns, boiled and chopped
1 tsp oil
A pinch of garam masala powder
2 tsp coriander chutney
1 tsp grated cheese

METHOD
1. Remove the crust from the bread slices.
2. Heat oil and stir in the chopped prawns and fry.
3. Add garam masala powder, mix the contents thoroughly and remove from fire.
4. Apply coriander chutney on one side of two bread slices and on both sides of remaining bread slice.
5. Divide the prawn filling and the grated cheese into two portions.
6. Spread one portion of the prawn on one coated bread slice, sprinkle one portion of the grated cheese, top it with the bread coated on either side, spread another prawn portion on it, sprinkle grated cheese and end it with bread slice.
7. Press the bread slices gently and toast it till golden brown on either side. Cut it into two triangular pieces.
8. Serve hot with any sauce spooned over it.
