NUTRITIOUS NOODLES

INGREDIENTS
1 cup noodles
2 tsp mixed vegetables, chopped or grated, cooked
2 tsp moong sprouts, cooked
1 tomato chopped
1 onion chopped
2 green chilli, minced
½ tsp ginger, grated
1 tsp oil
A pinch of garam masala powder.

METHOD
1. Heat oil and fry the chopped onion, tomato, green chillis and ginger.
2. Stir in 1 cup of water and the noodles. Cook till the noodles are tender.
3. Finally, stir in the cooked vegetables and sprouts, mix the contents thoroughly and cook for a few more minutes.
4. Sprinkle a pinch of garam masala on the prepared dish and serve hot.
