MIXED SPROUTS DHOKLA

INGREDIENTS
1 cup mixed sprouts
1 cup buttermilk
½ tsp ginger-garlic green chilli paste
2 tsp coriander leaves
¼ tsp salt

For Seasoning
½ tsp ghee
1 tsp mixture of mustard, ajwain, saunf, kalonji, and cumin seeds

METHOD
1. Grind the sprouts with the buttermilk and salt to a thick batter.
2. Mix the batter with the masala paste and the coriander leaves till well combined.
3. Pour the batter on to a greased late and steam it for 10 minutes.
4. When slightly cool, cut it into required shape and sizes.
5. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the seasoning ingredients Pour it over the dhokla.
