i. MIXED DAL DOSA
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup moong dal
¼ cup chana dal
¼ cup masoor dal
¼ cup urad dal
¼ cup tur dal
½ tsp salt
2 green chillis
1 onion
2 tsp coriander leaves
METHOD
1.Soak all the dals for an hour.
2. Grind all the dals along with the salt and the required amount of water
so as to form a smooth batter.
3. Grind green chillis, onion and coriander leaves to a fine paste.
4. Mix the dal batter and the ground paste till well combined.
5. Pour 1 spoonful of batter on a greased tava, as thin as possible. Pour
1 teaspoon oil over its edges. when the base is crisp and golden, turn
over the other side and cook.
6. Serve hot with curd, chutney or sambhar.
